I am a communications consultant with 20 years of experience helping companies and people communicate with clarity, empathy, and measurable impact. As Head of Internal Communications and DEI, I orchestrated, designed, and executed comprehensive strategies that aligned messaging with organizational goals and values. I partnered with leaders and departments across the organization to ensure consistency and trust, and I led end‑to‑end content creation, writing, and editing for internal and external audiences.

I established core channels and programs, including the intranet, newsletters, digital screens, town halls, and lunch and learns, while building a scalable network of communication ambassadors to extend reach and feedback. I conducted internal communication data analysis and culture pulse checks to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. I evaluated policies and procedures to ensure equity and access were embedded in practice and aligned with internal communication objectives.

I also led external communications with a DEI lens, collaborating closely with marketing, strategy and partnerships, events, and the executive office to create interconnected internal and external narratives. My work focused on culture transformation through storytelling, education, and training that reinforced organizational values. I oversaw employee resource group communications to foster inclusivity, strengthen community, and promote allyship, highlighting the multifaceted benefits for people and performance. I collaborated across departments to assess business practices and integrate communication initiatives with program and goal delivery.

Public speaking has also been a throughline in my career. For the past 10 years, I have taught public speaking, including previously serving as an adjunct professor in Speech Fundamentals. Today, I continue this work through my consulting business, coaching leaders, founders, students, and teams.
